Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Delivery within South Africa usually takes 3–5 working days via The Courier Guy.
We also offer convenient Pudo locker delivery options.

Each product has its own photo upload section.
You can upload from your phone or computer.
Our system will show you a live preview with every photo you upload where you can zoom in/out and position it perfectly within the print area so you can make sure everything looks perfect.

High-resolution images from smartphones usually work great!
If your photo is too small or blurry, you’ll see a warning message during upload.
Square photos fit best on 5x5cm magnets, while rectangular photos work perfectly on our 8x5.3cm size.

This is annoying but not all bad news! While we have taken every step to ensure the server can handle the size of the photo's, we might run into this snag on occasion.

The good news is, your photo's are great quality and your prints are going to look AMAZING.

The bad news (or maybe not), is that we will do this transaction directly.

Simply email or DM us your details and photos' and we will fulfil your order as soon as we have received payment.

Absolutely! If you have a special request or a large order, please contact us via WhatsApp or email so we can help you with custom layouts or bulk pricing.

Because each magnet is custom printed, we unfortunately can’t accept returns for design changes.

However, if your order arrives damaged or printed incorrectly, we’ll gladly replace it.

Yes! You can send magnets directly as a gift.
All our orders come in beautiful ready to be gifted packaging.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayFast Instant EFT, Mobicred, and Zapper payments.
